Lease vs. Buying: Which is Best?
Tank Leasing (Most Popular): We own and maintain the tank. You pay a small annual fee, and we cover all repairs, painting, and safety checks. It’s worry-free and has a lower upfront cost.
Customer Owned: You purchase the tank upfront. You are responsible for all maintenance and repairs, but you have the freedom to shop for gas (though we’d love to be your supplier!).
Our Installation Process
Site Survey
We visit your property to determine the best location for the tank, ensuring it meets all safety distances from windows, doors, and property lines.
Tank Set & Trenching
Our team delivers the tank (and excavates if it's underground). We run the gas line from the tank to your home's stub-out.
Safety Check
We perform a comprehensive "Gas Check" leak test on your entire system to ensure your piping and appliances are 100% safe.
First Fill
Once safety is confirmed, we fill your tank and light your pilots. You are now ready to enjoy reliable propane comfort!
