Lease vs. Buying: Which is Best?

Tank Leasing (Most Popular): We own and maintain the tank. You pay a small annual fee, and we cover all repairs, painting, and safety checks. It’s worry-free and has a lower upfront cost.

Customer Owned: You purchase the tank upfront. You are responsible for all maintenance and repairs, but you have the freedom to shop for gas.

Our Installation Process

1

Site Survey

We visit your property to determine the best location for the tank, ensuring it meets all safety distances.

2

Tank Set & Trenching

Our team delivers the tank (and excavates if underground). We run the gas line to your home's stub-out.

3

Safety Check

We perform a comprehensive "Gas Check" leak test on your entire system to ensure 100% safety.

4

First Fill

Once safety is confirmed, we fill your tank and light your pilots. You are ready to enjoy comfort!
